In today’s video we will talk about what to do when you feel like you dont have enough time.

One of the most dangerous feelings is when you start wanting more hours in a day– you are doomed to have stressful times coming your way. When you start over-functioning STOP!
Take a pause.

Here is what I do:
1. delegate
2. de-clutter
3 talk to best buds
4 order in (don’t cook!)
5. take extra care of yourself
6. connect with the divine
7. get your basics down
8. stop making plans and stop feeling guilty about it
9. educate yourself instead of “producing”
10. surround yourself with positive people or be a hermit

A German psychotherapist Nossrat Peseschian discovered that our words can create illness in our body. See how words affect our lives from the wellness and sickness perspective.

A Japanese Dr. Masuru Emoto collected samples of water from various water sources, froze them and looked at the crystals that formed under a microscope. The results that he obtained are quite simply astonishing. Clean pristine and healing waters produced regular shaped, stunning water crystals. n the times when the entire country is trying to figure out who is “right” for its people, most of us tend to spend a lot of energy outside of ourselves. While it is crucial to provide space for diverse opinions and express them in various ways, it is also important to have time to concentrate on something that is more in our control, i.e. ourselves….

In any situation we choose a certain style of behavior.

We can act passively- not stand for our rights, try to avoid conflicts, submit to the decisions of others, lose control over our own reality. Usually we act like this if we have very low self-esteem.

We can act aggressively- attack the problem or others, push our own opinion, disregard interests of others, be mean and rude and cruel.

We can be passive-aggressive – pout, store resentment, plan revenge, sabotage others and ourselves.

We can manipulate — when we act secretly, never revealing our true intentions, provoking another to act in certain ways.

But we can also act assertively– which is the most desired for ourselves and the society way to act.

Being the President of Your Own Universe is based on the assertive behavior and is the title MUCH grander than being the President of a Country as it requires a lot of responsibility, self-reflection, patience, assertiveness and courage. When we are in charge of what is going on on the inside, it is much easier to navigate the external circumstances. The more positive your relationships with yourself are, the more change you can actually create around yourself, as people gravitate to higher vibrations, and light is ALWAYS more powerful than the darkness.
